Pilates has always been at the heart of who I am. From my earliest memories, I've been drawn to the way our bodies can express, heal, and transform through mindful practice.
I teach in Purmerend and across the Amsterdam area, and offer online sessions via Zoom for students anywhere.
My Story
My journey into Pilates began as a personal exploration. After years of searching for a practice that nurtured both strength and inner peace, I discovered Pilates and knew I had found my calling.
I trained extensively, studying classical and contemporary methods, anatomy, and the science of movement. Each certification deepened my understanding not just of technique, but of how to truly meet each person where they are.
Today, I teach because I believe everyone deserves to feel at home in their body. Whether you're recovering from an injury, seeking stress relief, or wanting to challenge yourself physically, my practice is designed to support you fully.
My Approach
I believe in a holistic approach to movement. My teaching style combines precision with compassion, encouraging you to listen to your body while gently pushing your boundaries.
Every session is an opportunity to learn something new about yourself. I focus on breath, alignment, and intentional movement to create lasting change that extends beyond the mat.
My students often describe the experience as both challenging and deeply calming — a space where they can let go of the outside world and reconnect with themselves.
