I’m Eszter Nagy — a Hungary-born, Netherlands-based Pilates instructor trusted by high-profile corporate teams, creatives, and private clients alike.

While currently completing my Polestar Pilates certification to further elevate my practice, I bring a proven track record of high-level coaching to the mat. My experience already spans from teaching corporate teams at adidas HQ and hosting the Pilates Pop-Up at Bluebirds Amsterdam (welcoming top creators with a 300k+ collective reach), to training an exclusive roster of private clients, including notable actresses and high-performing professionals.
